We are delighted by your interest in our school and can't wait to embark on this exciting admissions journey with you and your family. Below, you'll find the key steps of our application process, event registration details, and helpful resources to learn more about our admissions process. Please note, our application is now closed and we are no longer accepting applications for Fall 2024. 

Key Dates to Note for Grade 9:
Application Opens: Tuesday, September 5th
Virtual Open House: Tuesday, October, 3rd @ 6:30 PM
Send Transcripts/Teacher Recommendations to your Current School: Wednesday, November 1st.
Application Closes: Sunday, November 5th
Interviews must be completed by: Thursday, December 21st
Financial Aid Applications Due: Wednesday, January 10th
Supplements (Recommendations, Transcript, Standardized Testing, Essay) Due: Wednesday, January 10th
Decisions Released for Grade 9:  Friday, February 23rd
Non-Entry Grade Applications:
Grades 5-8, 10, and 11 represent unique entry points, and available spaces are limited, usually through attrition. However, we encourage you to complete all the steps in your applicant portal, except for the tour and interview. In case openings become available, we will reach out to schedule the tour and interview. Please note that we do not accept applications for Grade 12.

  • Application Process

    Step 1: Application
    Thank you for your interest in Trinity’s Middle and Upper School. The application for the 2024-2025 school year is available below.  Please read the instructions carefully as they vary for each grade.
    Click here to create an account in our admissions portal in Finalsite and apply for the 2024-2025 school year. After you have submitted your application, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your application. Important process documents will be available to view in your parent portal in FinalSite.
    Step 2: On-Campus Tour And Interview (Virtual or In-person)
    Once you have submitted your application, please register for an on-campus tour with our student ambassadors and an interview with one of our admissions officers. You have the option of either having a virtual or in-person interview, and you will be able to register through the portal for a date and time that is convenient for you and your family. The on-campus tour is optional, but the interview is mandatory.
    Note: if you are applying for grades 5-8, 10 and 11 our office will reach out to set up an interview and tour only if there is availability due to attrition.
    Step 3: File Completion
    All application components should be in our hands by January 10, 2024. The “To Do” checklist section of your Finalsite Enrollment account will reveal if any items are missing. Note: Personal letters of recommendation are not required; multiple letters sent in on behalf of a family are discouraged.

    Step 4 Financial Aid (Optional):
    On October 15, 2023, Clarity (online financial aid application portal) will be accessible to all applicants. Please submit your most recent 1040, other supporting documents and W2 to the portal along with your financial aid application.
    Step 5: Decisions Released for Grade 9
    We will be sending decisions on Friday, February 23rd 2024 by 4:00 PM via email.
  • Fall Events

    This fall we are hosting a few ways to learn more about the Trinity education and community. None of these are required, but if you are interested in hearing our students and faculty converse about their Trinity experience, please click here and register for one or all of our fall events. Please note: you do not have to submit an application to attend these events.

    Trinity's Virtual Open House for Grade 9 took place on Tuesday, October 3rd and Trinity's Conversation with Affinity Groups on Tuesday, October 17th. If you were unable to join either and would like to see a recording,  you may contact our office at  
    Financial Aid Workshops
    Join our virtual financial aid workshops on 11/7 to learn about our financial aid policies and process. Our Assistant Director of Admissions & Financial Aid, Edward J. Remache will guide you through the process, eligibility criteria, and deadlines. Please click here to register and a link will be sent to you one day before the event.
